1. Data processed
1.2 In particular, RELYon will process personal data that will be necessary to perform its mandate, obtained directly form the data subject, from third parties or accessing to public or private databases.
1.3 In the event that RELYon’s client is a legal entity, RELYon will process personal data of the client’s representatives (directors, employees, consultants, etc.).

2.1 Providing personal data and processing of personal data for the above said purposes is necessary to comply with contractual and legal obligations of the Controller and for legitimate interests of the Controller, which are the legal basis of the processing.
